I'm rather slow I guess, I had to go back and look at it again and this time I saw a green truck.

Found this today. I rather enjoyed it:

Looks impressive the KIA e-Niro, especially for the money.

Thanks for posting Dave

Lets have a look at the Hyundai Kona.

Some good news for Europe (though not quite the UK, yet):

I'm chuffed the model 3 is finally arriving to Europe, it's going to help get more of them dirty diesels and polluting petrol cars off the road   :sign-great-job:

The car does fall into a certain type of niche though that if we are honest isn't going to suit that many people, yeah it's fast but it's expensive and still quite a large car for our roads, most people just want a smaller car that they can get to work or go shopping in, will be nice to see them eventually on our roads but it's not going to make that much of a dent to our pollution problem.

My thinking here is that the Tesla name, being hot on everyone's minds, will help show what's possible, and help raise not only awareness, but also interest, in the move to a more sustainable future. that the car is both expensive and too big for the average person in the UK is minor, right now. When both the average target consumer AND the businesses that target them see how well the Tesla does in Europe (and I expect it will do REALLY well), more capital and R&D will be sunk into EV brands that CAN make a real difference, and that's a really good thing.

Yes valid points Dave, awareness of EV technology is where we are at right now, I'm sure many people still think EV's have a "long" way to go but Tesla are helping to show the public just how far it has come already.

Thought this was interesting and surprising.

This is just the thing that needs to trickle down to the man in the street.
