Awww, how cute! A baby Cthulhu! (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cthulhu)
Strangely enough, it was via the Cthulhu eMagazine that I learnt of the article 8)
A friend of mine had an octopus in his aquarium.
He described it as being about as smart as a cat.
If the octopus sees the top on a jar being
screwed on, with food inside the jar.
And, the jar is dropped into the aquarium...
The octopus will unscrew the jar to get the food.

They are very smart animals aren't they.
I once worked in a fish farm where we sold marine fish and invertebrates. Once we had this smallish octopus, about the size of your hand stretched out. One day we noticed it wasn't in the tank any more and we couldn't find it.
Strangely for a few days we noticed other fish were disappearing from the tanks and we thought maybe we had a thief...
A day or two later the octopus appeared back in it's tank - it had gone on a food hunt in the other tanks, which explained everything.
