RIP Prince, outstanding musician.

Here in the states, the news networks have been inundating their listeners with Prince songs for nearly 24 hours straight (or so it seems), and I swear that I've heard people reporting all sorts of odd things about his death. I've even heard 3 different news reports giving three different ages, from 49 to 53 to 57 years old. I pray to god that the zombie apocalypse comes, with Prince at the vanguard, to eat the brains of all those stupid gits who can't get their facts straight.

Heard this on the radio today, it made me think ... a bit.

I've been trying to think of a song that sums up how I'm feeling right now, this hits the spot:

It seems the Stone Roses are on tour and have new material out. Keep hearing this one on Radio X.

Listened to it, seems like it might grow on me. Would have liked to see them live but the tickets go so quick.

I think I may have been raving in the 90s. Going back to 1981 I got this gem (was whilst looking for breaking glass).

It's strange how some of these old tracks seem to still make sense today, maybe even more so now than when they were released.
