This has to be the best UFO video I have seen, it doesn't look like a fake to me, what do you think?

I have made a poll for it.

Interesting how it appears to go behind the trees.  It looks a bit weird when it shoots off though.

I'm not a UFO nut but it does interest me, not convinced one way or the other.

What grabbed me about this video is the way the camera shakes but the object stays in the same place, that would be pretty hard to fake, so to me there is something flying around but what is it?

When it flies away at 1000Mph or what ever, that's how many reported sightings of UFO's do seem to disappear, off into the distance at amazingly fast speeds.

Hmm, then I am not sure either, certainly raises my eyebrow though..

Scale/speed is hard to work out from video

The UFO is fairly small 6-10feet max. You can see it in front of the tree when it goes to the left

To fake it you would need a radio controlled UFO. To be able to add sound effects. To be able to manipulate video unless the RC UFO is actually really fast.

I would say it can be done so I'm sceptical. Cool hoax though. Can you buy saucers? Just going to google...

I've never seen a ufo but theres lot of things I've never seen.
It's fun making a fake and fooling people and this often done, but I do think they exist and they been around for long long time.
President Clinton saw one many years ago and he said if he ever became president he would check into the government records and let people know what they know.
Well, he did become president and when he was reminded of this statement, he refused to comment then or ever.  ???

Maybe The Men In Black got to Clinton and stopped him in his tracks  :o

Or maybe he was too involved in running the country to look into it

Either way I think there is more known about UFO's than we are told, one day the truth will come out.

Until then we are mushrooms, being kept in the dark and fed on BS. :scratch-head:

I allways thought ET was a bit unbalanced, not surprised after meeting MJ.

What I don't understand is, as with all these vidio's, the lack of stealth?.  After all, if you had travelled several light years would you not err on the side of caution?, or maybe, hmm.

Do I believe that there is "other life out there", I think it would rather arrogant not to!!!.

Other life out there somewhere. Sure. I agree it would be arrogant to assume otherwise.

But...
Intelligent, multi cellular life?

You probably know better than me Snowcrash but doesn't the Drake equation say that there probably is other intelligent life in our galaxy but as we can yet find no evidence of this they tend to destroy themselves with their technology.     

The Drake equation gives you the parameters to plug the numbers in to find out how many civilisations are possible.
Unfortunately we don't know what numbers to put in without more evidence.
So the answer is somewhere between 1 (us) and infinity. Doh!

But with realistic numbers we get the values of 2.31 (modern) and 10 (1961) for our galaxy.
Worse than a needle in a haystack. More like one particular piece of hay in the haystack.

It wasn't on the news but this footage was taken recently in London and the video has gone virual on Youtube, plenty of talk about it on the web.

Well, after looking very carefully at the object as it passed "behind" the clouds, all I can say is that if it's faked, it's a darned good job of it. I can probably reproduce a still image that could fake something like that, but never a video.

Maybe they are checking things out before they destroy the world in the Autumn...according to that mad preacher guy..

It doesn't look like a fake to me either, was everyone in on it when he filmed it, I don't think so. 

There is something up there in the sky but what it is, hmm I wish we knew.

What?  world ending this year?  I thought next year.

My eye was being drawn, of all places, to the contents of the sign that was strapped to that light pole, which was never completely visible. I don't know why, but I'd really like to know what it said.

[edit] Never mind. I saw what the sign's contents were at time index 0:07 ("This is the life"). Must be some sort of advert. [/edit]

Another item that came to mind was that the camera was far more "jerky" than it should have been, IMHO.

And Duskie, why is it that, when we see "aliens" in our skies do we automatically think that the world is ending? Too many SciFi movies, perhaps? :P

This sort of thing can be done quite easily in 'video post' of MAX.

Having said that, it doesn't look faked to me.

Here is another video taken the same day but at a different location in London and by another person. 


 

In this one, at time index 1:00, it seems as if the objects are deforming the clouds as they exit them. The video quality is quite low, but only because it's in low resolution, and I had the video opened in full screen. However, if you watch the last two objects as they emerge from the clouds, it appears to take small bits of the cloud with them for a short distance. It's pretty intriguing, if you ask me. :)
