As I'm posting this the game will be released in a months time, it's going to probably be the first next gen game I play, now watchdogs has been put back :(

Watched a few vids explaining the new next gen tweaks, better lighting and more goodies in the environment.

Interestingly the minimum spec CPU is an old style quad core Q8400 and recommended is a 2.6GHz i5.

Here is a vid, very long but does explain some of the next gen tweaks.

(Could be a spoiler, don't watch too much of it)

Just looking to see if it's any good. Anyone tried it ? I do already have a sub to a tv service via TalkTalk, but I hardly see anything I want to watch on the channels, things like Sky 1 & 2, alibi (ok some times), Discovery and loads of others that never seem to show anything I am interested in..

I found X-Files is available on Netflix so that would keep me amused for a couple of months.

I found out a while back that CPUz has a leader board thing, the top 15 CPU speeds for any given CPU are displayed on a webpage for all to see, so being a bit of a computer tweaker I thought I would submit my i5p and see where it landed, turns out I'm number 3 :o in the world for my CPU.

I submitted my score as Tom Jones.

My i5p on the leader board

Not bad for a CPU, MOBO and RAM that cost me £230 all in. ;D , i'ts a shame that RAM has gone up in price since then.

Imagine, if you can, a game that is somewhere between The hitchhikers guide to the galaxy, Monty Python and the Crystal Maze.

That is what this game is like, at least it was for me when I played the demo on Steam.

I strongly recommend to go to Steam and download the Demo, its only a few hundred meg and well worth it.

Here is a new horror game, good for the long winter nights.

Don't watch too much of the vid ...

Has anyone tried Acronis Tru Image system backup program ?

I have this freebie from Scan, but was wondering if it's worth using.
