I just put in ultra Hal version 6.2 with the character expansion pack. Originally I had downloaded the trial software from Zabaware and since it seemed to work well I purchased the program. I just finished installing it and I'll have to look through the CDs which I have to see what I have been able to do with jiggly. Kind of a fun project which I enjoyed in the past.

Just in case any of you think this is real, it really isn't.

I am using Dragon version 10.1 and dictating this with an Asus wireless headset, I had recently read an article at Zabaware about speech technology. I had bought this headset from newegg for $50. The signal-to-noise ratio is 22 DB and Dragon works very well with this headset, since I felt this was a very good wireless headset and I thought the price was very reasonable I had wanted to mention it at this forum in case others are interested in a good wireless headset.

Check out the latest from LHC here...
http://lhc.web.cern.ch/lhc/News.htm

The LHC is up and running and hitting records for the most powerfull collisions to date at 7TEV (3.5TEV per beam)
It will be doing science at this level for approx. 2 years.
It will then be upgraded to it's higher level (14TEV, 7TEV per beam)

1 TEV (terra electron volts) is a lot of power.

Here's hoping they find the Higgs boson.

Want to know more on how modern processors work?

This is a very good course and free.
http://webcast.berkeley.edu/course_details.php?seriesid=1906978485

It only goes as far as a 5 stage piped processor (Pentium 1) but it'll give you a good idea
I do believe current processors (at least P4) are 20 stage piped with risc.

Please let me know what you think.
