New movie to be released this spring (3-29-13 - mm/dd/yy format) called the Host.

Alien race inhabiting bodies of humans, taking over the world, basically ruining your day. Auughh!!
I hate when that happens!

(I shall not be liable in case said posting becomes invalid due to movie company or YouTube removing the link).

You're safe, Art. I can see the link's player. :)

Is this, by chance, based on a Stephanie Meyers book?

You may now have to rephrase that Dave. Looks like the disclaimer got him in the slammer :O

Well, maybe I meant he was ~IN~ a safe (meaning the sin-bin). :P

Is it me or is it just a little bit like Invasion of the body snatchers?

On which note the 90's remake bodysnatchers was a good one!!!

Where you gonaa run? Where you gonna hide? Nowhere, cos there's no-one left like you!

Wasn't the original Body Snatchers movie with Donald Sutherland? That was a scary movie for its time as we didn't have computers littering the landscape as much as we do now.

Remakes...remakes...God...can't Hollywood think of anything new on their own? Same goes for all these "Artists" that try to make a living singing remakes and remixes of other people's songs.

I guess it's easier to copy than to create for a lot of people. Go figure.

And if you want to have fun at my expense with the sin bin go ahead...I've got friends in low places sneaking some good food to munch on while I'm there.

It's on!!

You're thinking of the 1978 version, Art. The "original" was clear back in 1956

This was one of my favorite 50's scifi/horror flicks from that era, and in my estimation, far better than the one from 78. "body Snatchers" is also one of the all-time record holders for remakes. :)
