I put in the official release of Win 8 about a month ago,  It had an option to upgrade which I used.  Installed quick and easy.  No up grades necessary for any of the devices.  Takes a while to get used to but no real problems.  Starts up and shuts down much faster.  Eliminated all the problems using the Haptek full body characters.  Heard the price will be reasonable for a while and then jump in price,  $60 for a CD, and $40 for a Download.
