Smoke me a Kipper I'll be back for breakfast - Ace Rimmer

Well, I read this as a Company being caught with their Pants Down again and blaming someone else for their short comings. Now, don't get me wrong here, I think thay Micro Soft has an unhealthy choke hold on the industry, but, if you find yourself wanting due to other ability, the oportunity was also yours to take.
It WILL be fine !...

I highly doubt windows 8 will have that big of an impact on then.

I don't really understand what Gabe Newell is on about, he has it completely wrong.

Windows 8 will work on more devices than any other version of Windows; this means there is more chance of Steam selling games not less chance.

If Steam really want to get more customers they should drop the prices of the games they sell. At the moment Amazon absolutely thrash Steam in prices, quite often half the price for a game than Steam charge.

Steam stop complaining and reduce the price of the games you sell, particularly when a game gets old, we the customer don't want to pay top money for an older game.

Here is a typical example of Steams outrageous pricing.

Today (15 August 2012)

Steam: The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings - Enhanced Edition £29.99

Amazon: The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings - Enhanced Edition £17.99

I think I will get the game from Amazon
