Already out in the US, but here tomorrow - Grand Theft Auto: Episodes from Liberty City. I don't think I will get this right away though the price on Amazon is tempting. But I still have GTA4 to complete.

I assume this is for PC rather than console only.
I would like to see multiplayer support for GTA.
But these series of games are notoriously unefficient code and buggy.
I was a little miffed with GTA4 (was on XBox) but have since seen it on Datahopa's machine and it is good.
As long as you have oodles of mips & flops and a 1GB graphics card it should run fine.
I did play San Andreas and got to about 92%
I've had my eye on this one, in short its two new adventures to be played out in Liberty City, and you don't need the original GTA4 disk to play the game.
First released on Xbox 360 and PS3 and now for the PC.
But as Snowcrash says, it's going to need a fast PC to run it, been looking for the minimum specs I couldn't find them but if its anything like GTA4 then personally I think it needs a quad core and 4 GIG of RAM.

Ahh thanks, sounds like I should be able to play it then.
Was reading min specs in Game yesterday
Totally unrealistic again unless they've re-written the code (unlikely)
core duo 1.8GHz and GC with 256MB RAM
more like top end duo or a quad with 1GB ram GraphicsCard (to stop redraw errors) i.e. hitting things before they are drawn when going fast.
I think they just make up the specs >:(
I guess it comes down to quality of play, I mean yes it will load and run at the min specs but at what quality and how smoothly will it run.
If they were more realistic surely it would give better press, feedback of the game as people with low end PC's can't complain about how bad it plays.
But no they decided to try to sell as many as they can instead.
Saying all that though, when I've finished GTA4 I'm probably going to get it. :-\
