Here's a little bit of fun. Voyager 1 is about to leave our Solar System (ish). Here's a calculator designed to inform you of how long it would take to reach those outer limits using your vehicle of choice. :thumbsup:

I rather suspect you might be in danger of becoming chemistry if you tried to go at that speed Dave :D
Voyager is only (he says) going at 19km/s. Light speed is nearly 300,000 km/s. It's the acceleration that makes you chemistry. And maybe the radiation.
Space, big isn't it.
