New image from LROC satellite shows Apollo 16 landing site.

But, obviously, this must be faked 'cos NASA didn't REALLY land on the moon  :o

LOL

I guess it would be easy to fake that picture.

I'm a firm believer, NASA did go to the moon

And

Area 51 was real but wasn't on any maps.  :o

Freddy

I always wondered why no one didn't just point a powerful telescope at the Moon and prove it once and for all.   I believe they landed, it's too big to be a hoax and it would have been found out by now.  We all like a good yarn though.

Data, I believe you can now see Area 51 on Google Earth... I didn't see any aliens yet though....mostly I spent a lot of time looking for old aircraft like Avro Vulcans and English Electric Lightnings.

Data

I hadn't thought of looking on Google earth, Not sure about any UFO's there either  ;D but if area 51 is there like you say then there was a cover up, some conspiracy theories have fact in them  ;)

Area 51 is part of White Sands isn't it?

White Sands is a secret military installation where missile and experimental planes were (are?) built. Was called skunk works.
A few miles away is the Yukka flats where they've done loadsa nuke testing. You can see all the craters in Google Earth.
