Title: Worlds largest Aircraft
Post by: DD1975 on January 30, 2012, 22:25:26 PM
I found this on the BBC this evening:

Is it just me or does this just look like a giant verion of Scaled Composites Whight Knight aircraft that is being used by Virgin Galactic?

Unfortunately that link doesn't work in the UK, great isn't it, we pay the licence fee but can't see some content, hmmmm.

Anyway I found this on the BBC site, don't know if it the same plain but this one does look like the Virgin Galactic aircraft, I agree.

Actually that is a much better article anyway  :)

It also explains the similarity to White knight, Burt Rutan is a partner in this and he was the founder of Scaled Composites!!!

It all becomes clear now  :D
