Robert uses so much power in his enormous house 

Don't panic though - the rest of us can do this in our more standard size houses for a percentage of the price.

I agree with him about the most important things to do to get the energy bills down quickly.

  Insulate your home properly.

  Replace all your lights with LED.
   
  Get a house battery (that can be charged on cheap electricity at night)

  Get solar installed (if you can)

The rest can come later.
