That makes many of us, really.

I was out and about yesterday during a VERY intense thunderstorm/flash flood here, so was unable to view it via the lightning map, but I imagine it would have been very thrilling to do so.

As a side note, the street I live on was completely submerged by at least 6 inches of rapidly flowing water just one house away from our property, while the road that I take to get home actually was closed by not only flowing water, but also by nearly a foot of sand/silt that had covered the pavement for about a third of a city block in length. Also, the main street through town became a raging river for about a half hour, covering multiple lanes with water, mud and debris up to two feet deep.

And yes, I was OUT in that weather!
