Does anyone here listen to pod casts?
Here's a list of my regular ones...

http://radio.seti.org/   science based 'cast from the guys at seti (USA)
http://www.astronomycast.com/    good for beginers onwards (USA)
http://www.skepticality.com/index.php    critical thinking, more socially orientated (USA)
http://www.slackerastronomy.org/slack-live.xml   astro techie, not very regular. The slackers (USA)
http://www.thenakedscientists.com/HTML/podcasts/    science/astro (UK)
http://www.theskepticsguide.org/  to the universe. Very good at critically breaking down false arguments (USA)

Anyone got any good technology pod casts?

Does anyone find this helpful/interesting?

Or am I the only semi-literate person here?

The slackers at Slacker Astronomy have done another pod cast.

The guy with the gravelly voice is from MythBusters, I think.

They've not reviewed any racing games yet but with GT5 and F1 2010 out soon I'm sure they will.

Um! Do I like Podcasts? Yeah, you could say that. I started listening to Podcasts back in early 2005 when I started at my current employer. I was the delivery driver and was just so bored of terrible commercial radio and the awful Radio 1. I found myself listening to Radio Four and while I enjoyed the various subjects, there was no way to shedule what to listen to and I couldn't pause the programme every time I got out of the van. So I decided to check out these "Podcast" things that I had heard of. I simply put my favourite subjects into the iTunes directory (podcasts were only really just starting back then) and was soon spending my work days listening to shows tailored for me that I could pause, rewind and actually learn some decent stuff. If it wasn't for Podcasts, then my days of van driving would have had me pulling my very short hair out.

If you guys are interested the BBC have a neat pod cast that focuses on modern technology, admittedly you might already know about them.

Thanks mate. I'm afraid my co-host Brad and myself have become quite lazy and our recording schedule is sporadic at best. Still, if we can put a couple of shows a month then that's cool
