You wouldn't have thought that a boat could change direction or go round corners anywhere near as fast as those boats can, incredible  :shades:

I had a 19' JR custom race boat that I restored and sold. it had a ford 460 and a Berkly jet drive, top speed of 92mph and could literally turn on a dime at any speed. however too fast and the boat would of course flip, but easily done at 30mph  ;D

Whilst on the topic of boats, I Just Gotta' Git One of These.

Tell me Syber, do these boats come complete with the two rear embellishments as standard ?.  :P
It WILL be fine !...

DaveMorton

Not for me, thanks. There's really no place to fish from, and nowhere to attach a trolling motor. :P

See your point Dave, I've got to say that I hadn't thought of that. Maybe when I wish to buy a boat, I should consult you first. Many thanks for the helpful tip, you may just have saved me a tonne of money.

I got to say, there is a nice back end on that boat, or is it called stern or maybe even aft, I don't know but its :bounce:

it does not come standard or within any manufactures or dealer package. I'm sure if you had that boat, you would have no problem getting them as free additions.

here is a great ocean fishing boat  :D

and here is great fresh water fishing boat  :D

Just as well they are free Syber, having taken another look at that vid, it would appear they fall off.  :scratch-head:

maybe a railing is in order, or a grab handle. I could install it for you at no charge :)

Diesel

How about one of these for your little trips around the dessert Dave.

Not sure about it being "The first street Legal" flying care.

WHat about the Taylor Aerocar, first flew in 1949 and there are still flying examples:

Also I LOVE the Lotus concept on this page too

DD, please don't take this the wrong way, but to me, that entire site screams "HOAX". Of course, I may be wrong, and I'm actually hoping that's the case, but...

But is is really cool to think about. :) A flying Lotus? Yup! that's on the list. :P

I know what you mean Dave, the Lotus concept is I think a bit of a hoax either that or it never came off.

The Aerocar is absolutely genuine though, it is what's termed as a "roadable aircraft" and has been with us since 1949, there is I believe one flying example still out there and a number in museums

Yeah, I understand exactly what you mean. It's the thought that just six fixings hold the whole lot together, could be a bit of a lark if any one of those gave way.  :(

Besides, why not use a Smart Roadster which is even lighter and faster ?.  :scratch-head:
