Looks to me as though whoever is driving is terrified of the thing.

If its an original I'd be a bit scared of crashing it, they are worth rather a lot of money!!!

I wonder what the excess baggage charge would be for one of those. 

Just get the amphibious one towards the bottom, and DRIVE to Kiev. No baggage charges, no airfare, just lots and lots of petrol. Oh, and don't run out in the channel.
