Anyone know how I can get Microsoft Zira voice from windows 8 to be on windows 7?

If I had to guess, I would have to say that it's probably not possible, given the huge change in architecture between the 2 platforms, but I'm certainly no expert. You might want to check out Lifehacker (http://lifehacker.com/), as they often have tutorials of this sort available. There are other sites that provide similar information, but I'm afraid I don't have any links for you. :(
