Anyone seen this yet ?  It's on ITV4 at the moment as I type and is really weird.

It's like watching football with multi ball or four nets or something  :LOL:

A new ball called the 'Power Ball' that lets you get double points for a short time.  The baulk end is now the 'Power Zone' where you can also get double or more points.

Less reds on the table, players breaking like it's a game of Pool.

An entire match seems to have a set amount of time and points from one frame carry on into the next.  I guess whoever has the most points at the end of the time wins...

Lady referee; Michaela Tabb (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Michaela_Tabb) dressed up in black with lace and a big red bow round her waste.

And blonde bimbos doing the interviews.

It's really weird !  Joe Davis must be turning in his grave.

Can't say I've heard of it, sounds like a commercialised version of the game to me.

Just tuned into ITV4, hmm not sure about it.
