Well one my cousin Gerry was still alive he gave me the idea of taking the rest of the Turkey and making a Turkey pie which I did for several years. I would freeze the Turkey pie and could use that at Christmas time. For some unknown reason I have not hey any luck cooking mushrooms and pretty much given up on doing any cooking with mushrooms.

Just a thought. Found this article because we use mushrooms quite a fair amount in our cooking although I'm not supposed to eat an abundance of them due to their ability to add to the possibility of me getting kidney stones (along with asparagus, beets, and a few other food items that I avoid).
