I was having migraines since I was a teenager and coffee is he only thing that helps me to reduce amount of episodes.  I found out about it from a local doctor when I was visiting my friend in his Berlin property here.  I used to hate coffee before

Didn't know that Caffeine could help prevent migraines, I've heard of people saying it can cause migraines, I've learnt something  :)

I was shocked too. . .  I was visiting doctors for years and all were telling me not to drink coffee and wine and not eat chocolate.  But in my case coffee reduced amounts of migraine episodes per month.  I drink 1 cappuccino per day at around 11 am and that's it

As cyclic as things seem to be these days, the doctors and other medical studies are now finding that two or more cups of coffee per day is quite beneficial to one's well-being and mental attitude.
