So with everything else updated I decided it was time for Mrs DD to upgrade the Cable bundle as I figured we weren't getting the most out of the broadband.

I ran the speed tests, I'm sure you will agree number 2 looks a bit more like it :D

Good god, I have never seen a speed that high, over 200 Mb, I thought I was doing good with 60Mb.

DD, could you try the speed test from here, just so we are all using the same test.

Yup amazing speed there DD, the games you download from Steam should absolutely fly in. 8)

Who is your provider ?

UPC cable. The horizon tv package.

The box is an all in one tv, modem and phone job (made by Samsung No less). Can record 4 programmes at The ssame time while watching another :-)

Wow, my broadband speed is a whole 10mbs its like being back in the dark ages!!!!

Yeah I don't think SKY are particularly well know for being a rapid ISP, you want Virgin for that in the UK :thumbsup:

Still 10mb is good enough for every day interweb use, might take a while to download the 15 GIG games though :headbang:
