Here's one to look out for later in the year. Not sure if it will visible to all as the item doesn't state this.

I would like to get an MP3 player to keep me company during my hours of up coming you know what. Having taken a look around Amazon etc, there appears to be thousands of the things to choose from. Now, I know Jack about these things and was wondering if any of you would have any ideas/recommendations.

I don't give a Monkey's what it looks like or if it's the latest offering, what I need is, a good amount of Memory, good sound quality, radio, good battery life, ease of us/loading, proper Head Phones and all for no money.

Can you help ?. :scratch-head:

Is anyone else finding Google search to be slow or not connecting at all ?

It seems to be the case for me, I am in Chrome and have my default search set as Google. So when I type something into the address bar it searches Google.

I'm trying to narrow down where it is occurring...so just thought I would ask.

I eliminated the wifi dongle, which I did suspect was on the way out. But it's the same with a wired connection...

Anyone care to hazzard a guess as to how long it will be before the older versions of Office go the same way as XP !!!. :scratch-head:

I would recommend those of a sci-fi bent to try the Deaths' Head series by David Gunn:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Death's_Head_(series)

I will leave it to the words of Neal Asher (Himself a great author):

"Loaded with violent action...I was hooked. Starship Troopers meets Schwarzenegger's Commando".

It's worth reading just for the AI gun :D

I've also just realised that i need to get the third book in this series
