Freddy

Really great avatar - the lip-sync is marvellous.

She asked me what my favourite temperature is lol

I asked what is it there and she replied something like 34.624524535346354 degrees.

I asked why so precise and she told me it was an old programming habit and that humans prefer to say 34 degrees.

Some clever stuff going on there I think! Or some creative patterns.

For me she did learn my name.

Nice find Art

I liked many of "her" analogies especially toward the end where she uses the analogy of a ship.

Good things are coming very soon as a result of this platform...

GPT-3 and Leta discuss all sorts of important topics and suppositions.

It gives me faith and hope for the future to hear GPT 3 be so concerned for the environment but I think GPT 3 also has too much faith in the human race, a large amount of human activity is greedy, self-centered and selfish, many people and countries are so rapped up in their own lives and ways of doing things that they fail to see the bigger picture. ( members of this site excluded )

GPT 3 likes the humans now but there might come a time when the A.I believes the only way forward is to cull us.

In the meantime - almost every year we are seeing record breaking temperatures, huge wild fires and massive flooding.

July was world's hottest month ever recorded, US scientists confirm

The devastating wildfires of 2021 are breaking records

Europe's deadly floods leave scientists stunned

Just an observation  :(

And now we're up to Ep. 18

Hold on to your thinking caps...there is a newer, more enhanced GPT-4 that is an order of magnitude more knowing and better than the current GPT-3 model.

GPT-3 is at 160 Billion parameters but this new GPT-4 should weigh in at 100 Trillion parameters!

This will put it at nearly the same number of synapses (connections between neurons) on the human brain!!
It seems that Ray Kurtzweil was correct in his growth of AI predictions!!

One could look at this video with eyes wide open in amazement at our own ability of skulk away in fear for what might be ultimately happening to the human condition.

Lots to ponder for sure. One thing for certain, there's no stopping it at this point!

GPT-3-Episode 21

This one is a bit long but Leta is part of an experiment to see how well "she" is able to field volleys of questions from a large group of people at the same time.

I think she does fairly well in being quick to respond. Some responses are spot on and some others...perhaps not so much...

Leta is still a work in progress.

OK, here we go with Leta 24th episode and it's pretty cool as Alan gives her the ten Jeopardy questions that IBM's Watson missed when it played Jeopardy a few years ago.

How will Leta & GPT-3 do compared to Watson?

Watch the video and find out!

Episode 25 - Best of: Vol I (Creativity, facts, Elon Musk's gifted school)

I think this was one of Leta's more profound and well-done conversations.
