Just get normal sand and add Scotch Guard (http://www.scotchgard.com/wps/portal/3M/en_US/NAScotchgard/Global/Products/Product_Catalog/?PC_7_RJH9U523005FA0IQ73MR5E1AJ1000000_nid=Z76J5GQ1KVgsDZQG2JGH6Wgl6JSGJ9HM6Gbl). Or any brand of water repellent shoe/suede product.
