I've played all the Assassins games, no doubt I will grab this from Steam when its under £10 one day.
Not really my sort of game, but the graphics are nice, and the likeness of General Washington seems to be fairly accurate. :)
With any luck, by the time this game is cheap enough on Steam for me to buy, I should have half an idea of how to make it work.
Got this game through the letterbox today, a good friend of mine decided I needed it and ordered it from Amazon for me.
Jack if you read this, many thanks mate
Good fun this game, here is a vid of some of the ship battle type game play in it, it's just one small part of the game but isn't something I've seen before and is quite refreshing.
Video not made by me.

Just finished this game, took me 5 months.
It's the type of game that stays open at the end so you can carry on exploring the world, always a good feature in my book.
It took me 5 months to finish this game but if you have 4 hours to spend then try
Assassins Creed 3 the movie
Warning, if this isn't a spoiler then nothing is.

It took several sittings to watch it all, but I found it enjoyable. I thought I had recognized a voice, and I was right, it seems. The voice of Desmond's father was performed by none other than John De Lancey, who played Q in Star Trek TNG. :D
Thanks for that, Data. :)
Yes you are correct Dave, Q is in it, well spotted.
I'm also impressed that you managed to sit through it all.
The video is mostly made up of cut scenes between the gameplay but even the cut scenes use the game engine and not videos.
I forget to mention, if you skip the vid to 2:22:00 there is a piece of the game that looks very much like Watchdogs to me, it's like a teaser they put in the game of things to come.
