I am using an old HP that has a next to nothing old graphics, am I still seeing the eye popping detail of ray tracing as I watch the video?

Yes Carl the Ray Tracing is on the video and will show on any device :)

There are levels of Ray Tracing, the PC is always king when it comes to graphics but that comes at a larger price, the next gen consoles are said to support Ray Tracing but at what level ?

Time will tell.
