Title: The Stanley Parable
Post by: Data on October 21, 2013, 13:22:58 PM
Imagine, if you can, a game that is somewhere between The hitchhikers guide to the galaxy, Monty Python and the Crystal Maze.

That is what this game is like, at least it was for me when I played the demo on Steam.

I strongly recommend to go to Steam and download the Demo, its only a few hundred meg and well worth it.

Well, I've played the demo and got the achievement by putting a mug in the bin.

"What's it about" I hear you ask.

I think it maybe about something but it's not clear on the matter.

The whole game is a mystery, I got caught out right at the beginning with the "staring at the wall" for a while before I tried to look around, it kind of tries to catch you out, I think.

Haven't got the full game yet though.

I noticed the other night that this was only £9.99 on Steam, pretty cheap for a new game. Still thinking about it, it does look fun.

Not sure this game is worth a tenner but it's kept me amused on a boring, rainy Saturday.

About 4-5 hours and you should've found all the endings. I think. Found about 8, though I'm losing count and did cheat a bit for the last one (Heaven).

Oh you got it,  8)

4 to 5 hours, well it's better value than a film on DVD.

I still might get this but Assassins black flag is looming.
