Anyone know how I can get Microsoft Zira voice from windows 8 to be on windows 7?

If I had to guess, I would have to say that it's probably not possible, given the huge change in architecture between the 2 platforms, but I'm certainly no expert. You might want to check out Lifehacker, as they often have tutorials of this sort available. There are other sites that provide similar information, but I'm afraid I don't have any links for you.
