It's going to be funny to see how far this goes...either way 

They can't have much payload or range. And I'd like to see the insurance claim form if one injures someone.

That's just a matter of time an development snowy, look at the range and payload of a Predator B for instance.

They've got Predators already, they're a bit big to fly around near human height.

So there would always be a payload limit.

Or just send it in a one way rocket.

Merely an example snowy, it depends on how large they allow drones to get lets face it they can drive several tonnes of vehicle outside my front door!!!
