It's an amazing concept, the article was 2004 though and as we've heard nothing else since it's either died a death or someone is working on it on the quiet

This is where in my opinion they should build a UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle for those who don't already know that) as a proof of concept craft to see how well it works in practice.

Lets face it, it would be a fraction of the cost of building a full scale craft, and computer modelling will only tell you so much and even then only within the progamming parameters (the main problem with global warming computer models but thats a whole different story!!!!)

If you build a better climate computer model, it would have to be so powerful that it would add to global warming.
